BK Sports has a retail location at 3773 Old Conejo Road in Newbury Park, California, in Ventura County. Which is approximately 30 miles outside of Los Angeles.

Sewing Factory

Located in the Los Angeles area, all BK Sports uniforms and apparel are sewn and manufactured in the United States. This we feel also gives us an edge as it keeps business here in the United States and we do not have to pass along the importing expense to the customer.

Our Policies

Return Policy

Items purchased from our online catalog may be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Any item that is used, altered, scratched, or broken will not be accepted. Items returned and want charges to be credited back to credit card will be charges a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If item is damaged in shipment, please return all packaging with item. We must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of shipment. Contact us regarding the problem and we will give you an authorization number for the return. Receipt must accompany the returned item. Upon inspection of the item, we will refund purchase price only; original shipping charges and credit card fees are not refundable, regardless of reason for return.

Exchange Policy

Any item that is returned for an exchange is limited to fifteen (15) days from date of shipping. You are responsible for shipping costs of the exchanged and new item.

Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship. If the item is defective, due to workmanship, we will repair or replace item without additional cost. This policy is effective for fifteen (15) days from date of shipment. You are responsible for shipping costs.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards for MasterCard and Visa, checks and money orders.

If paying by check, please contact us for mailing information. If a check bounces there will be a $35.00 service fee added.

Shipping & Order Information

All items purchased online will ship within one (1) to two (2) business days of date order is placed, unless there is an item on back order which we will notify you via email. All shipments originate from California and are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping time will vary from one (1) to seven days depending on location. Hawaii orders are shipped via US Mail. We are currently only shipping to addresses within the U.S. and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for your security. All shipments are fully insured in transit and may require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for damage or tampering. All shipment costs will be added when you place your order. If you would like your order shipped overnight, please contact us for cost and information. All orders shipped within California will be charged a 7.25% sales tax when placing an order.
